LTW Pass Information
Gate Access- Delegate Pass Type: International Delegate
- Entrances to use: Main entrances — Grand Hall or National Hall
- Do NOT use: ICC VIP entrance via Hammersmith Road (you will be redirected)
- VIP Village: Not included with International Delegate passes
- Delegation Lounge: Accessible to all delegates
- Pass collection: Sunday Welcome Reception (Africa Centre, 16:30)

Travel Tips
Pre-flight Checklist- Significant walking expected — bring comfortable shoes
- Check weather forecast — rain expected during the week
- Take out travel insurance before departure

- Enable international roaming or arrange a local SIM / eSIM (use Holafly for UK eSIM)
- Check train services in advance — some lines may be disrupted
- Bring a UK plug adaptor (Type G — can be purchased at the airport)
- Have hotel confirmation, flight details and UKVI app access ready for UK immigration
- Carry any required medication — some SA medications may not be available in the UK
- Use TfL Journey Planner or Google Maps for all London navigation
- All times in schedule are UK time — SA time is 1 hour ahead
